Spiratio Somnii is an ongoing research and performance project developed in collaboration with sound artist perila. Together, the artists explore different modes and states of conscious and deep listening as modes of inquiry, approaching listening as both a somatic and relational process.

Guided by shared dreams embedded in the ancient wisdom of stones, the project engages with how non-linear forms of perception can expand attentional awareness and sonic sensitivity. The performance unfolds as a ritual that invites listening to the unheard, the in-between, and the invisible through the exchange of sonic energy.

In a collective meditation on stillness, the performers listen, remember, and imagine sounds that emerge and fade like dreams—subtle, shifting, and transformative—carrying them beyond the moment into new spaces within and around those present.
